After 8 years of podcasting, it is time for a show aimed at teens (for me this is from the ages of 11 right through your twenties!)

We live in an increasingly complex world – I want to provide a snapshot of all the comfort, advice, help, support and sense of ‘being seen’ that I provide in all my personal mentoring work.

Every teen leaving a session declares – “she just gets me”

Be warned – parents are welcome to this podcast but the teen is always right!

I started my school in 2009 with this idea
